Role Summary: Develops, edits, researches, and oversees the dissemination of learning materials to external and internal agencies under the guidance and supervision of Learning Systems Development Specialists, and other leaders in the iLaunch department


Essential Functions & Responsibilities

An essential requirement of the Learning Systems Implementation Specialist is the ability to be flexible with respect to job duties and adapt as necessary in accordance with changing environments.


  • Monitors and directs the implementation of partner and pilot sites both locally and nationally/ internationally
  • Documents department procedures related to implementation
  • Writes and edits materials related to the assessment and curriculum under the direction of leadership in the iLaunch department
  • Researches evidence-based practices in behavior analysis, and contributes to current research in the context of peer-reviewed journals and professional conferences
  • Supervises program managers, professional staff and support staff to include establishing performance standards, evaluating performance and providing feedback
  • Ensures services provided are high quality; creates performance metrics and disseminates information to employees and stakeholders
  • Implements multiple curricula developed by HSI including paraprofessional training, the Career Development Academy, I Strive, and others as needed
  • Provides professional feedback on assessment materials relevant to free-operant and person-centered models of treatment
  • Trains groups in technology, principles and methods relevant to iLaunch curricula
  • Presents professional image to all relevant stakeholders within and outside of the behavioral community
  • Networks with potential partners and consumers of HSI products within and outside of professional activities such as conferences

Minimum Education and/or Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in human service related field
  • Advanced education and experience in Psychology, Behavior Analysis, and Precision Teaching
  • Experience in academic writing, research, and applied protocols
  • At least one year of experience conducting formal behavioral assessments
  • Preferred fluent in second (non-english) language
  • Preferred to have or be expecting BCBA credential within one year of hiring
  • Ability to meet HSI/WARC criminal background check and drug testing requirements; possess and maintain current Nevada Driver's License, automobile insurance, and clean driving record




  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills including the ability to condense and/or summarize complex and various volumes of information into key concepts; ability to present valid and accurate information to diverse audiences and large groups (e.g. at conferences)
  • Intimate knowledge in free-operant instructional design
  • Knowledge of common practices in Behavior Analysis and Precision Teaching
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with diverse audiences
  • Excellent leadership skills in accordance with best practice leadership standards
  • Demonstrated ability to problem solve and troubleshoot complex issues
  • Intermediate project management skills
  • Ability to independently Flexibility with changing work assignments and priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software/PC based programs and applications
